At Montmeliher, we'll give you a simple, realistic, and highly effective daily routine to take good care of yourself, designed for women and/or men with a normal or stressful lifestyle.
Daily routine to take good care of yourself in the morning:
- Hydration upon waking
- A glass of water as soon as you get up.
- If you like: warm water with lemon.
2. Basic Facial Care (5 minutes)
- Gentle cleanser, Delay Infinity Age Proof mousse
- Antioxidant serum (vitamin C), Lime Fluid Vitamin C Serum
- Moisturizer, Rehydra Cream 100 H
- Sunscreen SPF 50, Emozioni Plus Anti-Stress Drops SPF 50 (every day, even if it's cloudy)
3. Balanced Breakfast
Includes:
- Protein (yogurt, egg, fresh cheese...)
- Fruit
- Something whole-grain (oatmeal, whole-wheat bread...)
4. Light Movement
- 10-15 minutes of stretching or walking
- Or something very practical: park your car a little further away than usual and walk for a while
Midday/Afternoon Routine:
5. Eat Well Without Complicating Things
- 1/2 plate of vegetables
- 1/4 of protein (chicken, fish, legumes...)
- 1/4 of carbohydrates (rice, pasta, potato......)
6. Stay hydrated throughout the day
- Always carry a water bottle and aim to drink 4 to 6 glasses daily.
7. Mini self-care tips
Small gestures that add up to a lot:
- 2 minutes of breathing exercises when you feel stressed
- Neck and back stretches every 2 or 3 hours (if you spend a lot of time sitting or standing)
Nighttime routine:
8. Nighttime facial routine (5 minutes)
- Cleanse with Delay Infinity Age Proof mousse

9. Light dinner
